Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Board of Directors in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Hours: 32 - 37.5 (Monday - Friday)
- EA support to the board of Directors
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate internal and external appointments
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office suite
- Facilitate communication and coordination between stakeholders
- Organise travel arrangements and logistical support for the Directors
- Uphold confidentiality information
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar EA role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office suite, MS Teams, and Zoom
- Experience in the healthcare industry would be an advantage but not essential
