Personal AssistantOverview

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our clients York team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to a Director, managing their daily schedule, handling administrative tasks, and acting as the first point of contact for the business and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Director's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and handling diary and email management
  • Support the Director in managing the office, team, and clients
  • Act as the first point of contact for the business and clients
  • Managing timesheets, expenses, booking travel and accommodation
  • Assist with ISO compliance, internal audit procedures, and financial management tasks
  • Support in arranging team events, business development seminars, and conferences
Qualifications
  • Previous PA experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Audio dictation skills are an advantage
  • Proactive, flexible, and persistent with a can-do attitude
