We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our clients York team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to a Director, managing their daily schedule, handling administrative tasks, and acting as the first point of contact for the business and clients.

- Manage the Director's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and handling diary and email management
- Support the Director in managing the office, team, and clients
- Act as the first point of contact for the business and clients
- Managing timesheets, expenses, booking travel and accommodation
- Assist with ISO compliance, internal audit procedures, and financial management tasks
- Support in arranging team events, business development seminars, and conferences
- Previous PA experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Audio dictation skills are an advantage
- Proactive, flexible, and persistent with a can-do attitude
