- Drafting and formatting correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Managing email communication and handling telephone enquiries professionally
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating diaries, and arranging travel as required
- Maintaining electronic records, organising filing systems, and overseeing document archiving
- Processing incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely distribution
- Assisting with invoicing, petty cash management, and general financial administration
- Overseeing office supplies and ensuring resources are well-stocked
- Coordinating meeting rooms, refreshments, and event arrangements
- Taking meeting minutes and tracking follow-up actions
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a professional environment
- Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with databases and record-keeping systems efficiently
- Experience with CRM or time management software is advantageous
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial but not essential
- Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
