Senior Administrator, BoroughbridgeA business in Boroughbridge is recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join their team.Key Responsibilities:• Typing of letters, emails, reports, creating Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations• Dealing with telephone calls and emails• Photocopying, scanning, printing and electronic filing• Opening and distribution of incoming post• Email and diary management and arranging meetings for team members• Managing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments and catering when required• Monthly invoicing and dealing with petty cash as necessary• Attending meetings and taking minutes

Skills and Experience:• Previous experience in an administrative role• A good level of literacy and numeracy• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn and use databases effectively• Experience in time management recording software and CRM systems• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously• A Full UK driving licence and use of a car would be an advantage but not essential

It is for a 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5:30pm Monday - Friday
