This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established organisation operating in a specialist sector, where you will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations and delivering high-quality administrative support. If you are highly organised, thrive in a busy environment, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you! Senior Administrator Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and formatting correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Managing email communication and handling telephone enquiries professionally
  • Scheduling meetings, coordinating diaries, and arranging travel as required
  • Maintaining electronic records, organising filing systems, and overseeing document archiving
  • Processing incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely distribution
  • Assisting with invoicing, petty cash management, and general financial administration
  • Overseeing office supplies and ensuring resources are well-stocked
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, refreshments, and event arrangements
  • Taking meeting minutes and tracking follow-up actions
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a professional environment
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with databases and record-keeping systems efficiently
  • Experience with CRM or time management software is advantageous
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial but not essential
