- Providing a dedicated and professional support service to IFA’s and clients.
- Managing routine client communications and build a trusted relationship with clients via phone and e-mail.
- Creating and maintaining consistent and accurate client records.
- Review client’s portfolios and producing reports.
- Arranging client review meetings and preparing meeting files.
- Preparing investment illustrations.
- Preparing / creating applications, processing through to completion.
- Research and analysis – Using SAPP, FE, Iress, Cashcal
- Administration and maintenance of company records.
- General office duties such as filing, copying and scanning as required.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working within a Wealth Management role with knowledge on pensions, investments and dealing with multiple providers.
- Experience producing valuations reports for clients.
- Ability to be proactive and use initiative.
- Experience writing suitability reports / letter at a high level.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
- Experience using software such as Sapp, Defaqto, Dynamic Planner.
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport.
