We are searching for a Senior IFA Administrator on behalf of a forward-thinking and growing independent Wealth Management company based in a convenient location in York. Our client are a close-knit team who are dynamic in their approach to providing an exceptional level of service to their loyal client base which is increasing year on year. They are looking for an ambitious professional who has at least three years' experience within a Wealth Management setting with a varied skillset in order to meet the demands of the role. Your duties as Senior IFA Administrator will be: 
  • Providing a dedicated and professional support service to IFA’s and clients.
  • Managing routine client communications and build a trusted relationship with clients via phone and e-mail.
  • Creating and maintaining consistent and accurate client records.
  • Review client’s portfolios and producing reports.
  • Arranging client review meetings and preparing meeting files.
  • Preparing investment illustrations.
  • Preparing / creating applications, processing through to completion.
  • Research and analysis – Using SAPP, FE, Iress, Cashcal
  • Administration and maintenance of company records.
  • General office duties such as filing, copying and scanning as required.
Skills / qualities required:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working within a Wealth Management role with knowledge on pensions, investments and dealing with multiple providers.
  • Experience producing valuations reports for clients.
  • Ability to be proactive and use initiative.
  • Experience writing suitability reports / letter at a high level.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
  • Experience using software such as Sapp, Defaqto, Dynamic Planner.
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport.
