Winner Recruitment are currently looking for Assistant Farm Managers based in York for a well known client. This is a Full time permanent position from day 1.

Salary:£29,(Apply online only) - £31,(Apply online only) Per annum
Job Duties:- Assist the Farm Manager in overseeing all operations related to poultry farming
- Manage and supervise farm staff
- Ensure the health and welfare of the poultry livestock
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards on the farm
- Monitor and maintain farm equipment and machinery
- Keep accurate records of farm activities and production data
- Assist in developing and implementing farm policies and procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders as necessary
- Proven experience in poultry farming
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Thorough understanding of poultry farming practises
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in agriculture
- Proficiency in farm equipment operation and maintenance
- Certifications in poultry management
