The RoleYou’ll be joining a highly respected and growing specialist team, managing a portfolio of clients within the care and social welfare space. Day to day, you’ll handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client queries, working alongside Account Executives to ensure outstanding client service. This is a great fit for someone who wants to do meaningful work in a purpose-driven team, while continuing to grow their technical skills and professional career.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Commercial insurance experience (care sector experience beneficial but not essential)

  • Strong communication and client servicing skills

  • Confidence with renewals, MTAs, and policy handling
