As an Audit Manager, you’ll oversee audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and developing the audit team, helping them achieve their potential while contributing to the firm’s continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Ensure audits are conducted in compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members.
• Assist in business development and identifying opportunities for growth.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Proven experience managing audit assignments.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
