Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Oversee a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring high-quality service.
- Review audit files and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with UK auditing and accounting standards.
- Develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Support the firm’s training and development initiatives.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Significant experience in external audit, with strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
