  • Owning the monthly management accounts (without making a song and dance about it)
  • Making sure the billing system doesn't have a meltdown
  • Keeping intercompany transactions in check
  • Supporting budgets and forecasts (without relying on crystal balls)
  • Generally being the person who knows their financial onions
Must haves:
  • 3+ years of not messing up similar work
  • Excel skills that go beyond =SUM
  • The ability to hit deadlines without drama
  • Enough confidence to say "that doesn't look right" when it doesn't
Nice to have:
  • Xero experience (but we won't lose sleep if you don't have it)
