- Excellent Excel skills, including Power Query
- Budgeting, forecasting and monthly management accounts
- Owning the monthly management accounts (without making a song and dance about it)
- Making sure the billing system doesn't have a meltdown
- Keeping intercompany transactions in check
- Supporting budgets and forecasts (without relying on crystal balls)
- Generally being the person who knows their financial onions
- 3+ years of not messing up similar work
- Excel skills that go beyond =SUM
- The ability to hit deadlines without drama
- Enough confidence to say "that doesn't look right" when it doesn't
- Xero experience (but we won't lose sleep if you don't have it)
