Description
- Oversee the financial operations of the business
- Develop and implement financial strategies, monitoring their effectiveness
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies for financial growth
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership & Parent company
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- Proficient understanding of financial management software
- Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
