Description

Overseeing the financial operations and strategy of the organisation
Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information
Managing budgets and performing risk management
Analysing market trends and project costs
Advising on investment activities and providing strategies
Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
Developing financial management mechanisms
Liaising with auditors to ensure annual audits are carried out

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Experience in a not for profit organisation
Proficiency in financial management software
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
An analytical mind, comfortable dealing with numerical data
Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation
