Description
- Coordinate and oversee the financial activities within the department.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
- Implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with other departments to forecast and manage budget.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage financial systems and databases, ensuring their accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reports and statements.
Profile
- Previous experience in a finance role and confident with the duties listed above.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting procedures.
- Highly developed analytical skills and attention to detail.
Job Offer
Salary up to 27,000 per annum + 6 month fixed term contract + immediate start available + accessible York location with free parking + hybrid working arrangement + excellent staff benefits + high possibility this role will become permanent.
