This role involves managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional service, and growing business through retention and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and insurance industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain a portfolio of high net worth clients

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Proven experience in customer service and client management

  • CII qualification or progress towards it (desirable)
