Description
The role will play a pivotal part in the wider Finance team, focusing on providing sound financial analysis to help steer the strategic direction of the business.
You'll be responsible for the production and development of stakeholder reporting and insightful analysis to drive performance against KPIs and objectives.
Reporting responsibilities will include;
- Flash Report
- Pipeline Summary
- Board Management Information Pack
- CFO Report
- Shareholder Meeting Finance Update
You will also drive efficiencies and consistent process improvement, developing reporting suites and advising on ad-hoc reporting requests.
Profile
You will be a qualified Accountant with experience in the public sector, however this is not a pre-requisite. Financial services experience would also be advantageous.
You will have prior experience in a FP&A position and demonstrable experience business partnering with senior stakeholders.
You'll be a confident communicator, able to articulate yourself well.
Ideally, you will also have worked with a number of reporting suites and financial management systems.
