An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a vibrant, professional independent financial advisory firm. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will provide crucial support to our financial planners and clients, working with Whole of Market products.
Day to day of the role:- Deliver a dedicated and professional support service to IFAs and clients.
- Process technical and complex cases, ensuring all parties are kept fully updated on case progression.
- Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication via phone and email.
- Manage routine client communications, book review meetings, and prepare meeting files.
- Maintain consistent and accurate client records.
- Review client portfolios on an annual or biannual basis and produce reports.
- Prepare investment illustrations and process applications through to completion.
- Conduct research and analysis using tools such as SAPP, FE, and Iress.
- Administer and maintain company records, including general office duties.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a wealth management firm, with knowledge of pensions and investments.
- Proficiency in producing valuation reports for clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience in writing detailed and complex suitability reports/letters.
- Proficient in using Intelligent Office back office system.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.
- Great time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise workload.
- Customer and quality-focused with a good telephone manner.
- Experience with SAPP & FE.
- Experience using Asana Back office System.
- Experience in handling more complex cases, e.g., IHT & Trusts.
- Hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 from home).
