We are delighted to be working with a well-established wealth management firm specialising in providing holistic financial services to their well established client bank. Due to growth, a position has become available for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team.

Working closely with the advisers and paraplanning team to provide support, this role can offer excellent development with suitability report writing and annual reviews.

Duties will include:

  • Processing new applications
  • Writing suitability reports
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Obtaining quotes and valuations
  • Liaising with product providers and other 3rd parties
  • General administration duties

What we are looking for:

  • Strong working knowledge and experience of financial services
  • Ability to prioritise own workload as well as being a good team player
  • Be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in written and numerical work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience of Xplan preferred but not essential
