Main responsibilities 

  • Booking client review meetings and preparing meeting files
  • Managing routine client communications and build a trusted relationship with clients via phone and e-mail
  • Prepare investment illustrations.
  • preparing/creating applications, processing through to completion
  • Research and analysis – Using SAPP, Defaqto or Dynamic Planner & FE, Iress, Cashcal
  • Administration and maintenance of company records
  • General office duties such as filing, copying and scanning as required.
  • Providing a dedicated and professional support service to IFA’s and Clients.
  • Processing technical and complex cases
  • Keeping all parties, both client and Adviser, fully updated on case progression by proactively pursuing cases by liaising with provider to obtain updates
  • Managing routine client communications and build a trusted relationship with clients via phone and e-mail
  • Booking client review meetings
  • Creating and maintaining consistent and accurate client records
  • Review client’s portfolios on an annual/biannual basis and produce reports

Essential experience 

  • 3 + years' experience working in a wealth management firm with Knowledge on pensions, investments and dealing with multiple providers
  • Experience in Producing Valuation Reports for Clients
  • Ability to use own initiative Exceptional organizational skills
  • writing Suitability reports/letters at a high level of detail and complexity
  • Experienced in using Intelligent Office back-office system.
  • Interpersonal skills to include good written and verbal communication.
  • Great time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
  • Able to work to a high level of accuracy.
  • Customer and quality focussed.
  • Good telephone manner with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
