An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a vibrant, professional independent financial advisory firm. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will provide crucial support to our financial planners and clients, working with Whole of Market products.

Day to day of the role:
  • Deliver a dedicated and professional support service to IFAs and clients.
  • Process technical and complex cases, ensuring all parties are kept fully updated on case progression.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication via phone and email.
  • Manage routine client communications, book review meetings, and prepare meeting files.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate client records.
  • Review client portfolios on an annual or biannual basis and produce reports.
  • Prepare investment illustrations and process applications through to completion.
  • Conduct research and analysis using tools such as SAPP, FE, and Iress.
  • Administer and maintain company records, including general office duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a wealth management firm, with knowledge of pensions and investments.
  • Proficiency in producing valuation reports for clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience in writing detailed and complex suitability reports/letters.
  • Proficient in using Intelligent Office back office system.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Great time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise workload.
  • Customer and quality-focused with a good telephone manner.
  • Experience with SAPP & FE.
Desirable:
  • Experience using Asana Back office System.
  • Experience in handling more complex cases, e.g., IHT & Trusts.
