We are a thriving business within the fresh produce industry, experiencing significant growth across our customer base, turnover, and workforce. With exciting developments underway, including the expansion of two sites and investment in advanced automation equipment, we are building the foundation for a 24-hour operation. As we continue to expand and enhance our services, we are looking for a Health and Safety Manager with experience in the fresh produce sector to join our team and help maintain and elevate our safety standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Health & Safety and Environmental legislation, ideally with a minimum NEBOSH qualification.
At least 3 years of experience in a Health & Safety role, with specific experience in the fresh produce or food production industry.
Strong understanding of the unique challenges of working in fresh produce, including food safety and hygiene standards.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels.
Knowledge of ISO Management Systems and Auditing is a distinct advantage.
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
The Health & Safety Manager Role Benefits:
