Agriculture Course Manager We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Agriculture Course Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will involve overseeing and delivering high-quality instruction for T Level Livestock and Crops courses, ensuring students receive an engaging and comprehensive education in agriculture.Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and managing T Level courses related to Livestock and Crops
  • Delivering lessons across a range of subject areas, including but not limited to:
    • Anatomy and Physiology of Plants and Animals
    • Agricultural Diseases and Disorders
    • Environmental Sustainability in Farming
    • Crop Propagation and Development
    • Agricultural Business and Enterprise
    • Working in the Agriculture Industry
  • Supporting students in their learning journey, providing guidance and mentorship
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the course curriculum remains current and relevant to industry needs
  • Assisting in the assessment and evaluation of student progress
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the program and the wider agricultural department
Requirements:
  • Strong background in agriculture, with expertise in livestock, crops, and associated industry practices
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success
  • No formal teaching qualification required—however, candidates must be willing to work towards a Level 5 Teaching Qualification, which will be provided in-house
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to inspire and engage students with practical and theoretical agricultural knowledge
