- Teaching and managing T Level courses related to Livestock and Crops
- Delivering lessons across a range of subject areas, including but not limited to:
- Anatomy and Physiology of Plants and Animals
- Agricultural Diseases and Disorders
- Environmental Sustainability in Farming
- Crop Propagation and Development
- Agricultural Business and Enterprise
- Working in the Agriculture Industry
- Supporting students in their learning journey, providing guidance and mentorship
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the course curriculum remains current and relevant to industry needs
- Assisting in the assessment and evaluation of student progress
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the program and the wider agricultural department
- Strong background in agriculture, with expertise in livestock, crops, and associated industry practices
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success
- No formal teaching qualification required—however, candidates must be willing to work towards a Level 5 Teaching Qualification, which will be provided in-house
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to inspire and engage students with practical and theoretical agricultural knowledge
