This is a newly created opportunity to have oversight of the Agricultural supply chain for the companies core UK raw materials.Reporting into the Managing Director, you will need to ensure all aspects of the planting, growing and harvesting function is running efficiently in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will need to bring energy and dynamism with strong experience and skill especially with growing and harvesting of produce categories. The ideal candidate will have a farming background with 3+ years experience working within one of the established fresh produce businesses, and an innovator to manage current resource, introduce new and growing categories, creating a profitable operation.
