- Greeting and signing in of visitors and contractors to site.
- Answering incoming Customer service queries via electronic systems and correspondence from internal stake holders.
- Some out bound telephone work responding to customer enquiries.
- Some management of held parcels and some operational admin work as required.
- Dealing with customers either on the telephone or in person.
- General administration.
- Use of systems such as Microsoft outlook, excel and word.
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new processes.
