Are you looking for new administration role in a small and friendly team? Transport needed as rural location.
Working 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with a 30 min lunch break, this is an office based position.
Car parking and 29 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays.
As the administrator your duties will be varied and will include:-
- Processing purchase and sales orders & invoices
- Set up new starters, including creating new starter packs, and health and safety induction
- Answering phone calls and email correspondence
- Assisting the marketing department as required
- Greeting visitors at reception and looking after visitors
- ESSENTIAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS AN ADMINISTRATOR:

- Good computer skills essential
- Keen eye for detail and organised approach
