THE JOB ROLE** BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER **

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the business support team to meet performance goals
  • Recruit, train, and performance manage the business support team
  • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and training sessions
  • Ensure orders are inputted on the system
  • Contact customers with queries
  • Manage the sales support inboxes and orders throughout the day or action
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure customer orders are created with accuracy
  • Ensure that the company systems/contact management system are complete
  • Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
  • Address and resolve escalated customer complaints or complex issues
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure high-quality service standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Additional duties and projects

THE IDEAL PERSON

  • Proven management experience
  • Experience within administration and customer environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
