THE JOB ROLE** BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER **
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the business support team to meet performance goals
- Recruit, train, and performance manage the business support team
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and training sessions
- Ensure orders are inputted on the system
- Contact customers with queries
- Manage the sales support inboxes and orders throughout the day or action
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure customer orders are created with accuracy
- Ensure that the company systems/contact management system are complete
- Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
- Address and resolve escalated customer complaints or complex issues
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure high-quality service standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Additional duties and projects
THE IDEAL PERSON
- Proven management experience
- Experience within administration and customer environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
