Established in 1965, our client has grown from a general haulage company to a leading name in the road haulage industry. They are a major partner in the portable building sector and specialise in handling abnormal loads and unusual consignments. Their success is built on their commitment to excellence and their dedicated team.

They are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Commercial Vehicle Fitter to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of 35+ trucks and trailers to VOSA standards. This includes diagnosing issues, servicing vehicles, preparing them for MOT inspections, and completing all related paperwork to a high standard.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Flexible and enthusiastic team player
• Previous experience as a Commercial Vehicle Fitter
• Committed to high standards of vehicle maintenance
• A HGV licence is advantageous but not essential

What will your role look like?

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to VOSA standards
• Service and prepare vehicles for MOT inspections
• Complete all paperwork to a high standard
• Work collaboratively within the workshop team
