We’re looking for a Communication and Engagement Lead to join a growing HR Service and help build an amazing employee experience. If you’re all about creating positive vibes, clear communication, and strong engagement, this could be the perfect role for you.What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and roll out the People Proposition (Employee Value Proposition)—helping everyone understand why they should join and stick around.
  • Create and manage engaging communication plans that keep everyone in the loop and excited about what’s happening in the business.
  • Bring internal communications to life through creative content, using different channels to get the message across.
  • Lead the Colleague forum, making sure our teams have a say and feel connected.
  • Track how well our engagement efforts are working and constantly look for ways to improve.
  • Drive our Engagement Survey and action plan to make sure we’re always on top of what matters to our people.

About You:

  • You’ve got experience in employee engagement or internal comms and know how to create content that resonates.
  • You’re a natural at building relationships and working with people at all levels.
  • You’re creative, full of ideas, and able to switch gears when needed.
  • You’ve got strong project management skills and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
