Description

The HSEQ Manager will:

  • Develop and implement HSEQ strategy aligning with company objectives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental and quality regulations
  • Influence and drive a positive HSEQ culture across site
  • Provide guidance on all HSEQ matters to all personnel within the company
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures
  • Lead internal audits, identify areas of improvement, and provide solutions
  • Develop HSEQ training materials and deliver training to staff
  • Compile and present HSEQ reports to senior management
  • Act as the main point of contact for any HSEQ related incidents or emergencies

Profile

The successful HSEQ Manager will posses a range of the following:

  • Professional qualifications in Health and Safety such as NEBOSH or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a fast paced industrial manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing HSEQ across workplace transport
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant HSEQ regulations and guidelines
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to positively influence HSEQ culture across all levels of the organisation
  • A hands on approach with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in risk assessments and incident management
  • Experience in developing and delivering HSEQ training
  • Proficient in using HSEQ reporting tools and software
