About the Opportunity;My client is a high end construction organisation with a growing presence across the UK. Due to current workloads & transformation projects, My client is looking to recruit an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for an initial  8-week project to lead on a strategic HR project within the Corporate Services team. Partnering closely with the Senior Directors, you will be a pivotal figure in refining recruitment and retention and overall engagement strategies.Key Responsibilities Include;
  • Strategic Recruitment & Selection: Oversee the enhancement of recruitment and selection processes to secure top-tier talent, including the development of a robust recruitment toolkit tailored to individual team needs.
  • Retention Strategy Development: Conduct comprehensive analysis of current retention challenges, focusing on the onboarding phase where attrition is notably high. Formulate and implement strategic solutions to significantly improve retention rates.
  • Engagement Optimization: Collaborate closely with team members to assess current engagement levels, identify key areas for improvement, and devise strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Innovative Solution Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions addressing identified HR challenges, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
  • Executive-Level Reporting: Prepare and present detailed, actionable plans to the senior leadership team including strategic recommendations for sustainable long-term improvements.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive approach to HR strategy and decision-making.
The ideal candidate;The successful candidate will be an experienced, data-driven HR Business Partner with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actions. They will have a proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at pace, combined with exceptional influencing and negotiation skills. Previous experience in leading strategic recruitment initiatives, improving retention rates, and enhancing employee engagement would be ideal aswell as driving strategic HR improvements with lasting impact.
