Dawn Ellmore Employment are working with a well renowned firm, who are seeking an IP Paralegal to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What experience will you need? For this role, you’ll need over a years’ experience working within a patent formalities role. The CIPA qualification would be an advantage, although this is not essential. Additionally, you’ll need to possess strong communication, deadline management skills, and good attention to detail.

Within this role, you’ll be involved in a wide range of patent formalities tasks including:

  • Processing official communications.
  • Preparing accurate and timely responses to clients / IPOs.
  • Generating reports as required.
  • Managing deadlines.
  • Updating the IP management database, ensuring all relevant information is added.
  • Preparing patent forms and filing applications.
