- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Every other Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (time off in lieu provided)
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and providing a warm welcome
- Registering prospective buyers and maintaining accurate client records
- Arranging property viewings and gathering feedback
- Handling negotiations with potential buyers to secure the best outcomes
- Researching and analysing local market trends to support property valuations
- Assisting with property launches and marketing activities
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process
- Supporting the sales progression team to facilitate successful transactions
- Previous experience in sales, ideally within property or estate agency
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- IT proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and a willingness to adapt to new technologies
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work well under pressure
- A team player with a positive, results-driven attitude
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with flexibility to travel for client meetings
- Knowledge of the local property market would be an advantage
