Our client are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join their growing team in Boroughbridge. This role provides the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing a portfolio of high-quality properties while delivering outstanding client service.   • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Every other Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (time off in lieu provided)
Sales Negotiator Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and providing a warm welcome
  • Registering prospective buyers and maintaining accurate client records
  • Arranging property viewings and gathering feedback
  • Handling negotiations with potential buyers to secure the best outcomes
  • Researching and analysing local market trends to support property valuations
  • Assisting with property launches and marketing activities
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Supporting the sales progression team to facilitate successful transactions
What Our Client is Looking For:
  • Previous experience in sales, ideally within property or estate agency
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly approach
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • IT proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and a willingness to adapt to new technologies
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • A team player with a positive, results-driven attitude
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with flexibility to travel for client meetings
  • Knowledge of the local property market would be an advantage
