  • Responsibility for the retention of your client portfolio
  • Building and enhancing both external and internal relationships
  • Building relationships and facilitating and converting unprompted enquiries
  • Negotiating mid-term and renewal terms
  • Growing the team’s existing business income through retention
  • Ensuring client data security and privacy is maintained at all times
