Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with various construction and maintenance tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and machinery safely.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior workers.
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris and organising materials.
• Perform physical labour such as lifting, digging, and carrying materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet project goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role or relevant trade.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions.
