- Coordinate and administer tour logistics, including transport, accommodation, and activity arrangements
- Ensure all tour components are confirmed and aligned with itinerary requirements
- Assist in preparing tour documentation
- Liaise with Tour Managers to confirm assignments and address logistical needs
- Support communication between the Tour Manager team and operational departments
- Assist in handling last-minute Tour Manager substitutions or changes
- Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in logistic support and liaising with suppliers
- Passion for delivering a great customer experience
- Ability to work under pressure and exhibit excellent attention to detail
