We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrator to join a vibrant company in York. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and administering tour logistics. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer tour logistics, including transport, accommodation, and activity arrangements
  • Ensure all tour components are confirmed and aligned with itinerary requirements
  • Assist in preparing tour documentation
  • Liaise with Tour Managers to confirm assignments and address logistical needs
  • Support communication between the Tour Manager team and operational departments
  • Assist in handling last-minute Tour Manager substitutions or changes
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in logistic support and liaising with suppliers
  • Passion for delivering a great customer experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and exhibit excellent attention to detail
