On offer, is the exciting opportunity for an aspiring Auto Electrician to join a leading player in mobile installations. Founded within the last 10 years and already approaching 50 engineers, this company has build a solid reputation due to it's high standards of work, the work itself, as well as it's clear progression routes for those who want to progress.
In this role, the successful Auto Electrician Team Leader would be responsible for a set area, and number of engineers to manage workloads, allocate jobs, deal with day to day running's with clear progression to Regional Manager and beyond.
The ideal Auto Electrician Team Leader would have come from a similar background, with a broad spectrum of knowledge and eagerness to come off the tools into a more managerial role.
The Role:
- Responsible for a team of engineers
- Day to day managerial running's

- Allocating work and training/development
- 1 in 4 Saturday's on call (work from home)
