We are seeking a Health and Safety (H&S) Advisor with a strong background in FMCG and Engineering & Manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on all aspects of Health and Safety to ensure the company's compliance with regulatory standards.

Description
- Ensure the company's compliance with H&S regulations.
- Advise on necessary changes and improvements in the H&S policies.
- Coordinate training and workshops to educate employees about safety measures.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Prepare and present reports on incidents and accidents.
- Collaborate with management to implement H&S strategies.
- Support the Engineering & Manufacturing department with H&S issues.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in H&S standards and regulations.
Profile
A successful H&S Advisor should have:
- A degree in Safety Management or a related field.
- NEBOSH General Certificate / IOSH.
- Experience in the FMCG sector, specifically in Engineering & Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
- Ability to conduct inspections and risk assessments.
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting H&S reports.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £27,000 - £33,000, based on skills and experience.
