Responsibilities

  • Personal Care:Assist clients with daily living activities such as washing, grooming and dressing.
  • Medication Management:Remind and support clients in taking their prescribed medications on time and in the correct dosages.
  • Mobility Assistance:Help clients with mobility and exercises, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Household Tasks:Assist clients with light housekeeping duties, including laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean-living environment.
  • Companionship:Provide emotional support, companionship, and engaging activities to enhance clients' well-being.
  • Health Monitoring:Observe and document clients' health conditions, reporting any changes to the care coordinator or family when necessary.
  • Transportation Assistance:Accompany clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other essential errands as needed.
  • Care Plan Implementation:Follow individualised care plans to address the client's specific health, safety, and personal needs.
