Role Summary:

We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Lettings Officer to join a well-established housing organisation. This role involves delivering affordable home ownership products such as Rent to Buy, Shared Ownership, Outright Sale, and Market Rent.

You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding targets, delivering excellent customer satisfaction, and working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure successful sales and lettings outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver affordable home ownership products in both new-build and existing properties.
  • Meet and exceed sales and lettings targets while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Work collaboratively within the Sales, Lettings and Customer Care team to achieve key business objectives.
  • Support and promote a culture of service excellence, upholding the organisation's values and brand.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including developers, legal teams, and mortgage advisors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and/or lettings (housing sector experience is beneficial).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritising tasks to meet targets.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
