- Redesigning recruitment processes that support scalability, quality, and consistency across regional and head office roles
- Leading the implementation of a brand-new ATS, from selection to rollout and optimisation
- Managing and developing a small internal recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and agile working culture
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and design tailored hiring strategies
- Driving direct sourcing initiatives and creative attraction campaigns to bring in top-tier talent
- Helping build the company’s employer brand, ensuring a great candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Using data to drive smarter decisions and continuously improve performance
- Support the HR leadership team with ED&I and early years initiatives
- A hands-on resilient Recruitment Manager with experience of leading teams ideally across fast paced commercial construction/manufacturing sectors
- Track record of setting up or transforming recruitment functions
- Strong project management skills — ideally including ATS implementation or optimisation
- Creative, pragmatic thinker with the ability to influence and engage across all levels
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment — with autonomy and purpose
