The candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to stakeholders, manage own casework ensuring smooth operation and implementation of various HR initiatives.

Description

  • Provide HR advisory support to the team.
  • Implement HR initiatives and projects.
  • Manage employee relations and performance issues.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with regulations.
  • Support recruitment and selection processes.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and objectives.
  • Deliver HR training to staff and managers.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor needs to be available to start in January and have the following:

  • CIPD Level 3 (minimum) and/or considerable experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Demonstrable awareness of employment law and regulations and their implications for practical workplace processes and issues.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Not For Profit sector - ideal but not essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR legislation and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage projects.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity.

Job Offer
