Hays Recruitment are working closely with an organisation in York to recruit an IT Support Analyst / Trainer to help new starters during the onboarding stage and provide IT Support. This role requires travel within North and East Yorkshire, so the successful candidate must have access to their own vehicle.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience delivering training and/or onboarding in a professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of business processes and a methodical approach to identifying gaps, inefficiencies or non-compliance with procedures.
  • Comfortable supporting users with questions related to "how to use" systems and processes - not just the technical aspects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - friendly, approachable, and confident, engaging with users at all levels.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives or technology rollouts is desirable.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to the needs of different departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts easily
  • A good level of competence in MS Office is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Willingness and ability to travel to all our offices on a regular basis
