1ST LINE IT SUPPORTLOCATION - YORKHYBRID WORKING - 3 DAYS IN OFFICESALARY - £25,000 Your new roleAn opportunity for a 1st Line Level IT Support candidate is available and offers the successful candidate the chance to join an established team where career progression and Team Development is paramount to the Business. Promotion from within is the priority and the IT Support Team has been built from Apprentices / 1st Line candidates being trained, developed and promoted to cover 2nd line and Team Leader roles.What you'll need to succeedIdeally, having some previous 1st Line knowledge and experience of a Service Desk is preferred. The IT Support Team provides technical assistance to almost 500 sites with new Tickets and calls coming in at a fast pace. The successful candidate will need to have the following skills and personal attributes:- Outstanding Customer Service skills- Resolve basic Software / Hardware issues- Knowledge of Windows OS- Active Directory experience- Troubleshooting skills- Previous experience of supporting Servers, Desktops, Laptops & Printers.What you'll get in return£25,000 Basic Salary + Training Allowance + Hybrid Working (3 days in the Office).
