Salary: c£35,000 + average £5,000 bonus per annum

Their tools assist with managing fleets, facilities, enterprise assets, risks, surplus property, fixed assets, and mobile inventories. The goal is to enhance efficiency, transparency, and cost reduction for various industries in both public and private sectors. We are actively seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their team. If you have an automotive background and understand workshop environments/maintenance schedules, this could be the perfect step-up role for you. Successful team members in this position often come from car manufacturers in Service Adviser positions (such as Ford, BMW etc), or who have moved into the software world from a previous automotive background.

We don't need you to be too technical or have extensive software skills as full training can be provided. However, if you did have experience prepping and loading databases with SQL, this would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Training and Support:
    • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on fleet management software to ensure clients can utilise the system effectively.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to assist clients in resolving any issues.
  • Consultative Approach:
    • Use your industry knowledge to offer customised solutions to client's fleet management challenges.
    • Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Project Team Collaboration:
    • Work as part of a project team to implement new software systems for clients or upgrade existing ones.
    • Ensure smooth transitions and seamless operations during implementations.
  • Documentation and Improvement:
    • Assist in creating and updating training materials to ensure they are effective and user-friendly.
    • Contribute insights and improvements to internal processes based on client feedback.
