About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and practical Design Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Develop creative and innovative lesson plans that inspire students and enhance their skills.
- Work collaboratively with school departments to maintain high teaching standards.
- Support students of varying abilities, ensuring all learners are challenged and supported.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage behaviour effectively.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Design Technology (Textiles, Resistant Materials, Graphics, or Food Technology) at secondary level.
- A passion for practical learning and the ability to engage students in hands-on activities.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching in different school environments.
