The ideal candidate will bring expertise in composites or aerospace and will play a key role in delivering innovative manufacturing solutions within highly regulated industries. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop bespoke solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring complex projects to life.Essential Requirements / Experience & Salary Package:

Experience:
- Strong background in composites or aerospace.
- Experience with advanced manufacturing processes such as filament winding and RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding).
Salary:
- £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.

The Role:

Lead the development of bespoke solutions for highly regulated industries.
Work with advanced composite processes such as filament winding and RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding).
Collaborate directly with customers to understand their requirements and deliver innovative, cutting-edge solutions.
Contribute to NPI (New Product Introduction) projects, driving innovation from concept through to implementation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
There will be occasional travel for project collaboration, providing a dynamic and engaging role.
