We are working with a top-tier law firm in Yorkshire who are seeking a motivated Administrator/Finance Assistant to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

What experience will you need? For this role, you will need previous administration/or finance experience within a similar setting, this could be within a law firm, accountancy practice, bank, insurance company etc. If you already have credit control/finance experience within a different setting, you will also be suitable. To be successful, you will need to possess great attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills.

Duties will consist of:

  • Maintaining the case management system, ensuring data entered is accurate.
  • Managing an inbox, corresponding with clients and internal people, dealing with queries etc.
  • Preparing forms relevant to the credit control department.
  • Dealing with reconciliation of accounts.
