Architectural Technologist required to join an Architectural Design Practice in York who specialise in the Care, Healthcare and Residential design sectors.
This small but growing practice of five just on the outskirts of York have a growing reputation and workload, their considered and detailed oriented approach has won them multiple accolades and has provided a footing for the business to scale up it's operation.
The successful Architectural Technologist will join a very friendly supportive team where you will get very hands on experience of working on projects from start - finish and be encouraged to build lasting relationships with clients and end users. Experience wise, our client are seeking Architectural Technologists with roughly 3-5 years' experience however more of less experience will be considered. Key to things our client require are an Architectural Technologist with excellent detailing capabilities and all round technical expertise, Revit is the primary software used in Practice so a good working knowledge is essential, alongside solid CAD skills.
Requirements of the Architectural Technologist as follows;
* Strong understanding of construction standards and regulations.
* Strong understanding technical detailing
* Lead projects from initial concept through to completion.
* Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
* 3d visualization skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Extensive healthcare sector experience but not essential.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified Architectural Technologist.
* MCIAT or working towards Chartership.
* Architectural Practice background with circa 3-5 years experience.
Salary 35,000 - 40,000 per year annum depending on experience and suitability plus loyalty bonus, workplace pension, generous holiday allowance and flexible working policy.
