Empowering Learning are looking for an exceptional Teacher of MFL (main language French) who can provide highly effective and innovative teaching of MFL in KS3 KS4 and KS5, to ensure that all our students make excellent progress and inspire students to have a passion for the subject.

We are looking for a knowledgeable and committed Teacher of MFL (primarily French & Spanish) - KS3 to KS4 MPS/UPS full time from Sep 2024. Would you like the opportunity to develop your career, working in a 'good' school, to work within our exciting MFL Department? We want to appoint someone who will make a significant contribution to this Department.

Requirements of successful candidate.

  • Hold a teaching qualification, QTS / MFL specialism.
  • Hold a degree or equivalent.
  • Have outstanding teaching practice.
  • Have excellent behaviour management.
  • Have experience of lesson observations and giving robust feedback.
  • Have experience of improvement planning.
  • Have experience of implementing a range of strategies to raise student achievement, with evidence of success.
  • Contribution to impact on the quality of learning and teaching and curriculum.
  • A proven track record of excellent results at KS3/4.
  • Have experience of high-quality pupil tracking and feedback practices.
